Korri Bryant practices primarily in business, commercial, and ERISA litigation. She is a skilled negotiator and advocate with a comprehensive knowledge of the legal issues faced by businesses and professionals in Texas.
Prior to joining HCG, Korri represented the designated collection agent for several grantor trusts as In-House Counsel. During her time as In-House Counsel, Korri primarily assisted outside counsel to collect accounts receivable owed to a former out-of-network hospital system from various third-party payors. Korri has also represented business owners and professionals from multiple industries in litigation matters, including non-compete disputes, corporate divorces, landlord-tenant disputes, and real property disputes. She has also assisted clients in data breaches and administrative actions brought by the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department and the Office of the Inspector General.
In addition to litigation matters, Korri has extensive transactional experience, including the formation of business entities and the drafting of company agreements, employee handbooks, employee agreements, and service contracts.
